30 Day Disney Challenge
Day 2
Your Favorite Princess:
Belle
I know it's cliche to have Belle, Ariele, Aurora, or Cinderella as one of your favorite Disney Princesses but I can't help it. Belle and I have so much in common. She always has her head in a book. Belle's thirst for knowledge is similar to mine as well. On top of it all she doesn't need a prince to rescue her. Belle is the one who raced out to save her father and managed to break the curse on the castle. Who doesn't like the girl that saves the day. Not to mention she put Gaston in his proper place. Tiana from Princess and the Frog holds a close second for me because she is another independent woman. A working girl who achieved her dreams before becoming a Princess. The princess part was just a perk.

Megara from Hercules is my girl! (Princess or not?) She is totally bad-@$$. (can I say that on a Disney blog?) I love her stubborn, fighting attitude and I think she is gorgeous with her voluptuous curves and dark flowing edgy hair. Even her voice is intriguing. Don't mess with Megara. She'll win, every time!
I would also have to say Belle. With her love of reading (I've plowed through 4 books in this witty series I'm currently reading... since Saturday) and quick witty charm... yep, that's my girl!
I choose the Princess of Atlantica, Ariel. She is a bright, spirited mermaid who is also adventurous and stubborn. Her impulsive nature seems to get her into some trouble but she always seems to overcome her obstacles. I guess her major downfall is she is a hoarder.
I guess I am starting a little trend with the stubborn characters.
