Your Favorite Animal:
Dug
Squirrel! Need I say more? Dug is loyal to a fault and will love you the instant he sees you. Who doesn't love a talking dog? (That also speaks Japanese!) Dug becomes a hero in his own way, through his own path, and manages to find what he was looking for all along. A family. Not to mention the fact that I think if my dog could talk, he'd sound exactly like Dug! They have similar personalities.
Runner Up: Absolem from Alice in Wonderland. Because who doesn't love a wise and all-knowing Hookah smoking caterpillar with an ego?

Ok I'm torn here... I hate to keep copying you but I also LOVE DUG... and squirrels... but that is beside the point. He is just a fabulous comic relief with the quirkiest loyalty (and spazziest attention span) ever. My close 2nd would have to be Bambi, if not for the fact that popular culture frequently references Bambi even if they haven't ever read/seen the story; another reason being that even through extreme challenge, Bambi prevails.
I feel compelled to answer on every one of these, lol. I love Dug! He is such a lovable and loyal dog. Sometimes I picture my dog with his voice, only a slightly higher version because she's a girl :)
And Absolem! I forgot about him! I loved his character in the cartoon version and in the live version, and Alan Rickman's voice makes him even more awesome. Great choice!
I know Arielle! Who doesn't love Snape as a caterpillar?
I think Flower would win when it came to Bambi for me. He was on the top of the list. I love a lot of the characters from Bambi though. It really reminds me of when I was little girl and watched the movie, listening to "Little April Showers" and animals being twitterpated! :)
For me...it has to be the MOUSE. I can't answer any other way. Mickey has earned all my respect. When I was a little girl, there weren't nearly as many Disney animals to choose from as there are today. And with all these choices, I need to back Mickey up here and make sure he doesn't get left in the dust while these new guys get all the attention. Mickey Mouse is the original Disney animal, my favorite, and hopefully, would win hands down in this category over all the competition. Yay Mickey!
I agree with the lovely Mrs. Lichtlin. Mickey Mouse is the original animal and the best. Without Mickey Mouse you wouldn't have had all the other choices to choose from.
I'm a Goofy girl myself! Love Goofy! I will never forget the first time Jason and I went to Disney and I (quite by accident, cuz i DO know the difference!) called Goofy, Pluto! I was mortified! And so was Goofy! He's just so...Goofy! (And, also one of the originals, as well!) I just can't keep up with all the new creatures! Who is Dug???? And squirrel????
