30 Day Disney Challenge Day 1

Since I won't have very many updates for a while I thought I'd take a card from my new friend Arielle and share the 30 Day Disney Challenge with you. So here goes...

30 Day Disney Challenge
Day 1

Your Favorite Character:
Jack Sparrow

So I'm not sure how this should be interpreted, however, I am taking it as any Disney character, animated or live action. If that is the case my favorite character would have to be (Captain) Jack Sparrow. Hands down. This character managed to change the way we look at pirates forever. Who doesn't love a drunken crazy pirate who manages to get everything right just by winging it? Jack even managed to change a classic ride at Disney World now that he is a fan favorite on the Pirates of the Caribbean. I was always a fan of pirates and after Jack came along, I wanted to be one myself. Can anybody tell me where I can find a profession that allows me to sail on a ship and drink rum all day long? Only as a pirate. Sign me up! :)

Who is your favorite Disney character?

Yay, you're doing the challenge too! Once we're there we must take a ride on Pirates and drool over Jack Sparrow :)

I like this idea! I may have to end up doing something similar that way I can make sure I actually keep my blog updated! :) Very neat! I love Jack Sparrow!

Favorite? Like, as in...the WHOLE WIDE WORLD OF DISNEY favorite??? Ok, I guess if I have to choose, it's Doug from Up. He's relentless, he's stubborn, he's loyal, he's your friend til the end, but above all...

Oh wow... favorite??! If I had to choose, I'd say Winnie the Pooh. I was always a fan of the little hunny pot bear, especially because he's always a friend 'till the end and as I'm half English (half Irish), the whole being set in England thing helped ;)

I was always a Tigger vs. Winnie the Pooh fan, however I did always like all the trouble Pooh got himself into just from trying to get a little hungry. I think Pooh shows us that it's okay to be a little greedy sometimes.

I would have to go with Grumpy. He is perhaps the most capable and competent of the dwarfs. He feels that he should be the leader of the Dwarfs and resents Doc's position of authority. This probably adds to his grumpiness. Though he is very stubborn he really is compassionate at heart, but rarely admits it. I can relate to this. And Snow White finds a way to his heart by baking him gooseberry pies. You gotta love a guy who loves his food!!!
